Reviving Learning with Personalized Learning Technology

A review of the literature surrounding the use of Instructional Communication Tools (ICT), primarily iPads, in education.  Case studies, articles, and papers were analyzed for successes and failures from personalized learning technology initiatives.  The video shows what I found to be where these initiatives were successful, and when they were not successful.  Based on the literature, it was found that proper planning, supportive training, and a shift in teaching and learning could determine if an initiative was successful or not.
